MineMaps turns Google Street View into a Minecraft world. Type an address, spawn in the real street and play: walk with WASD, look around with the mouse, break blocks with left click and build with right click.
Grab your diamond pickaxe to dig into the road, stack grass, cobblestone and oak planks, then light TNT with flint and steel to blow a crater in the street. Everything runs in your browser, nothing to install.
WASD walk, Ctrl sprint, Shift sneak, Space jump, 1 to 9 or mouse wheel to pick an item, T to chat, /tp <address> to teleport anywhere, F3 for the debug screen.
No. MineMaps is a free fan-made game inspired by Minecraft. It is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or Google. Street View imagery is provided by Google.
MineMaps is free to play, but it is not free to run. Every world you load uses the Google Street View API, and Google bills it to us.
About $14 for every 1,000 worlds once the small monthly free allowance runs out. No ads, no paywall: the game stays online thanks to players like you.
A $3 tip pays for about 200 worlds. Sharing the game helps a lot too!
